Do I need to know anything about aircon sizing or finishes before I start?
No. That's the part we handle, not you. Tell us your flat type and how your family lives, and we build the scope. You don't need to become an expert to avoid getting overcharged.
Do you have a showroom?
No physical showroom. We keep overheads low rather than build a shopfront into your price. Instead: a free site visit, the full catalogue and 3D planner in the app, and a real person on WhatsApp whenever you need one.
How will I know what renovation costs?
We publish verified prices by workscope, flat type and tier. The published price is what you pay. It only changes if the site assessment finds something different from what was quoted, like a different measured size or extra work such as supports in a false ceiling, and we show any change line by line for you to approve before work begins.
What happens if a contractor fails or disappears?
We agree the exact scope and spec with you upfront, so there's nothing to argue about later. If the finished work doesn't match it, we bring the same team back to fix it. If they can't or won't, we bring in another vetted team to finish it to spec, at our cost, before you pay the remaining 50%.
How do payments work?
Renovation uses a 50/50 milestone structure: you approve completed work, then payment is released. Appliances and services are paid upfront, and the flows stay clearly separated in checkout.
Can I use Climate Vouchers for aircon?
We help you identify a qualifying 5-tick model. Households claim and use Climate Vouchers directly through NEA.
Where do I track the guarantee?
In your account: order, warranty, milestones and any guarantee claim, all in one place. If the finished work doesn't match what we agreed, we bring the same team back to fix it at no cost to you. If they can't, we bring in another vetted team to finish it to spec, before you pay the remaining 50%.
